Design and Production of Safety Training on CD Rom: Working with a sawmill, JB Clark & Co developed a set of safety training orientation interactive presentations on CD Rom.  (2000)
Public Consultation on Draft Legislation:  Clark completed a series of focus group meeting in Northern BC on behalf of the Ministry of Community Development, Cooperatives and Volunteers to obtain input in draft Regional Development legislation.  (2000)
Canada Jobs Fund Proposals:  Clark has prepared successful proposals for to the Canada Jobs Fund for companies in BC and the Yukon.  The total funding awarded to these projects has been over $1M, with 139 new jobs being created.  (1998-2000)
Proposal for an Innovative Forestry Practices Agreement:  Working as a project team member with consultant Steve Spalding, Clark worked with a district wide working group to develop and manage through to award, the proposal that has resulted in the establishment of the Innovative Forestry Practices Agreement for the Vanderhoof District.  (1998-1999)
IFPA Public Advisory Group Chair:  Clark chairs a broadbased process for public stakeholders to provide input in the Vanderhoof District Innovative Forestry Practices Agreement.  (ongoing)
Community/Business Impact Studies:  In the summer of 1999, Clark completed community and business impact studies for the Ministry of Transportation and Highways for projects in the Thompson Okanagan and the Kootenays.  Based in part on the work completed by Clark, the Ministry has developed an agreement with the Federal Government to undertake a program in Western Canada for doing annual impact studies for a sample of their projects each year.  (1999, 2000)
Touch Wood Forums:Working with other contractors, industry, government, First Nations, community leaders and volunteers, Clark has had the role of project manager for the first four Touch Wood Forums held in Northern BC.  These forums have highlighted opportunities for youth in the wood products business, provided marketing advice and experience for northern woodcrafters, provided opportunities for Forest Companies to showcase what they are doing with wood products and considered ways to increase the stability of forest dependent communities in Northern BC.  She is currently working with the Community of Quesnel to plan Touch Wood 2001.  (1995 – present)
Public Process Design:  The Nechako Environmental Enhancement Fund Committee requested that Clark work with them to design a process for public consultation to obtain input into the priorities for their recommendations regarding how a $100M environmental enhancement fund should be managed and allocated.   (1998)
Proposal for a Primary Care Demonstration Project:  Clark worked with the Northern Interior Regional Health Board and the Carrier Sekani Health Services to develop and write a proposal for a Primary Care Demonstration Project.  This proposal was successful in being awarded $3M of funding from the Ministry of Health.  (1999)
Training Coordination: Working with a local value-added mill, Clark developed a comprehensive training plan and was successful in obtaining Forest Renewal BC partnership funding for the implementation of the plan in 1998 and early 1999.  (1998-1999)
